A Thoughtful Approach to Therapy and Personal Growth

Dr. Tiffany Sunde is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Her approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely understood—while also having the support, insight, and practical tools needed to create lasting change.

Dr. Sunde provides a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients can explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress or keeping them from living as fully as they would like. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions, as well as those who may simply feel stuck and want a deeper understanding of themselves.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Brainspotting, and mindfulness-based approaches, Dr. Sunde integrates a range of therapeutic perspectives rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. Her work is highly individualized, incorporating both depth and practical strategies to help clients develop greater emotional awareness, strengthen relationships, work through past experiences, and respond to life with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Whether you are seeking support through a difficult period, working to heal from past experiences, hoping to improve your relationships, or feeling ready to make a meaningful change in your life, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater intention.

Dr. Sunde offers in-person therapy in Los Angeles as well as secure telehealth sessions for individuals, couples, and families. She welcomes the opportunity to connect with you and explore whether her approach may be a good fit for your needs.
