About Tiffany Sunde, Psy.D.

Tiffany Sunde, Psy.D., is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. She maintains a private practice in Los Angeles, where she offers both in-person and telehealth sessions.

Dr. Sunde's therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in mindfulness. She believes therapy is most effective when it is tailored to the individual—honoring each person's history, strengths, relationships, and unique goals for change.

Her clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Brainspotting, and other mindfulness-based and trauma-informed approaches. She draws upon these methodologies thoughtfully, selecting and integrating techniques based on what will be most helpful for each client rather than following a predetermined approach.

With extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions, Dr. Sunde helps clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the patterns that may be affecting their emotional well-being and relationships. She offers both insight and practical tools to help clients navigate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, work through past experiences, and develop greater resilience and self-compassion.

Her goal is to create a therapeutic relationship in which clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood while also feeling supported in making meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.

Dr. Sunde received her Doctorate in Psychology in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.
